Great location close to BTS. Yes, the hotel is old, but my room was clean and the aircon worked. Excellent value for money, I only paid 670 THB for a single room with its own bathroom. For that price, you will get a bunk in a dorm in most other places.

Walls are pretty thin. If you have noisy neighbours it could be a problem. Fortunately, I was pretty lucky.

For the price, I was not expecting very much but pictures a bit misleading. no window in the room we booked.

very good location, close to BTS Sukhumvit line. Very good price.

Great location and good value for those on a budget..

We ate out..plenty of cafes around..

Some huge cockroaches around..but not enough to cause problems..also find ur own taxi back to the airport as I found the reception a bit pricey on their taxi prices..

Wonderful

The location is fantastic! A lively sophisticated neighbourhood with a great selection of restaurants, Thai and Japanese. The street has an old world feel with an early morning food market. Below the radar, in a quiet culled sac, this hotel is a cosy no frills place but with all the amenities you expect, large comfortable bed, big fridge, good shower , large tv etc.. with a fair price. No breakfast but there are plenty of choices in the area to choose from and to get a taste of a nice Thai neighbourhood. Close to the Sky train.

Rae is very accommodating and helpful.

Rae is very accommodating and helpful. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet for sleeping. I always stay here because it’s consistent and convenient.

Value for money for short stays or if you are going to spend a lot of time outdoors.

Its a old property but value for money. If you are going to stay outdoors for most of the time than its an okay place. Rooms are dated but clean. The neighborhood has predominantly Japanese restaurants and bars. Only thing I liked was it has a private premises so no hustle and bustle of city. Peaceful neighborhood.

This property does not have elevator. The staff is okay. Air conditioners are old.

Sorry Sawasdi hotel, need find another next time

Asked staff to spray room as many small ants near the window. Ants still there when I left. Room now 1250baht when only a month or so ago it was 800!!!! too much up.

I actually didn’t like anything I was scared when I came there I saw a big lizard in the stairs went inside the room was so old decorated the ac wasn’t working the room was very small it felt like a prison cell of out the movies the window was battered tv was from 1969 the door didn’t close normally in hotel I always check out late in this hotel I checked out 8 am

Bed was really comfy, close to BTS, complementary water bottles.

Smell of smoke in the room when we entered, drainage for shower was slow, needs renovations.

Enjoyed staying there and would do so again. If you want posh, the Marriott is up the end of the str

We had a cooked breakfast every morning which was cooked fresh unlike some more expensive hotels where it is cooked and left to go cold in so-called warmers. WiFi worked well and the staff were very helpful. Close to bts Thonglo. Clean towels every day and possibly clean sheets too.

It was a bit dated.

Its handy. You can smoke. The rooms are clean. Some friendly staff. Very close to bts and ekkamai bus station where buses go to huahin, pattaya ect. I like this hotel its not swanky but its comfortable

i am loyal customer of this hotel since 9 years and visit this location at least once in a year, Nothing have been renovated or replaced since my first year in 2009. This property don''t have elevator and if you have room on third floor and heavy luggage then pretty much you are own your own.
